Always take our supplements with your largest, highest-fat meal of the day to promote absorption of all the fat-soluble vitamins in organ meats.
Second, it is best to “microdose” nutrients and spread them out over meals rather than taking 6 capsules at a time. This is the same reason why it is better to eat a small portion of organ meats every day rather than a larger portion once a week.
One note: if you take Beef Spleen specifically for the heme iron content, its absorption is inhibited by calcium. In that case, you should keep Beef Spleen away from dairy products, calcium supplements, natural calcium supplements like bone meal powder or foods with bones in them (like sardines).
